SMEET W.L.L. was established in 2010 by the Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company & Barwa Real Estate Company and is the leading producer of quality building materials within the MENA region.

SMEET offers an integrated product mix and innovative building solutions for the construction industry and specializes in the production and supply of Ready Mix, Precast, Blocks, Pavers and Kerbs.

SMEET Precast - Blocks & Kerbs Division offers broad range of standard and specialized blocks, pavers and kerbs. Production facility is located at the Mesaieed Industrial City beside the SMEET Precast Division Factory.

SMEET Ready Mix Division is equipped with modern, technologically advanced production facilities and support systems that are strategically located at four locations across State of Qatar .i.e. in Lusail, Duhail, Industrial Area and Mesaieed assuring proximity to its customers’ projects.

SMEET Precast Division is the largest & the most advanced single factory in the MENA region located at Mesaieed Industrial City and offers a massive area of 300,000 square meters. In addition to this, it has three production facilities based across the State of Qatar .i.e. in Lusail, Duhail & Industrial Area.

SMEET Block Factory is located in Mesaieed Industrial City with ultramodern industrial processing facilities and equipped with fully automated machineries and highly proficient team to produce an extensive range of Garden and Driveway products, Building Blocks, Decorative Pavers, Tiles & Kerbs in compliance with clients’ specific requirements conforming to Qatar and International Standards.

SMEET products are made to last using modern techniques and technology and are available in Standard and customized shapes in wide variety of patterns and shades adding individuality to both the interior and exterior hard scape requirements.

All our products are manufactured using the finest aggregates, high quality pigments, admixtures and unique curing process. Wide range of paving stones & interlock are manufactured to be aesthetically attractive and durable.

Pavers are specially processed to achieve attractive textures like SHOT BLASTED, POLISHED, HONED ROUGH, BRUSHED & BUSH HAMMERED and provide non-slip surface. Products are available in Plain, Riven & Stamped concrete finish with rich color tones to suit individual designs & choices.

PRODUCTION FACILITY

BATCHING PLANTS
Plant is equipped with 2 fully automatic Batching Plants comprising 2 Atlantis Mixer and 2 Rotoconix Mixers, Movable Aggregate Weighing Hopper, Proportioning plant for Aggregates, Silos, Water, Admixture, Vibratory Feeders and Pigment Proportioning Systems which ensures the efficient and accurate design mix to achieve highest quality products.

Silos - 9 Nos of Cement Silos with 100 Tons capacity each to ensure adequate storage of raw materials

BLOCK PLANT

Interlocks & Blocks
Our Pavers and Blocks are made in a Fully Automatic System with a highly efficient Hydraulic Dry Press machines with variable vibration technics, and the most advanced handling systems.

Monthly production capacity: Masonry Blocks 1,500,000 / Interlocks 100,000 Square Meters.

Curing Chamber
Our Curing Chamber is having the capacity for over 5000 racks equipped with Air Circulation and Moisture Control System to maintain uniform temperature and ambience to ensure proper curing and achieve right strength.

HYDRAULIC WET PRESS MACHINES

Pavers & Kerbs
The SMEET Wet Press products such as Kerbstones, Paving stones and Tiles, are characterized by a high density product combined with very low water absorption. The manufacturing process is based on a method where liquid concrete is extremely compacted under high pressure and excess water removal. Monthly Production Capacity: Paving Stones - 72,000 Square Meters & Road KERBS - 135,000 Linear Meters

LOGISTICS
Our extensive fleet of delivery vehicles enables us to meet customer requirements and project site conditions. From large Flat Bed Trailers to Small Trucks with Boom Cranes we have the flexibility to deal with most situations and offer safe and prompt delivery of products.
